• Process  payment run in order to pay suppliers on time.
• Prepare supplier reconciliations and follow up on any missing invoices or credit notes.
• Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.
• Manage purchasing software and support teams when required
• Reconcile Bank against all the income and revenue received and expenses incurred
• Assist the finance team in other reasonable duties as requested by the Chief Accountant 

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or any other financial domain;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant  Accounting experience;
  • Experience in a hospitality ;
  • Experience with Winbooks software is a plus;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Proactive, rigorous and committed;
• Good organization and communication skills and ability to prioritize;
• Any experience or interest with consolidation and financial reporting is a plus;
