We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join the team at WRAP on Southbank in a part time capacity. 

This integral position is responsible for carrying out repairs and general maintenance within the Hotel, as well as at surrounding properties. This position will be required to work approx. 3 shifts per week (Monday - Friday only), with the potential to move into a full time position for the right candidate.

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
• Complete small carpentry, plastering and painting jobs
• Carpet cleaning
• Basic installation of furniture in apartments
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
• Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
• A passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required
