We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and hands-on Food and Beverage Attendant to join us on a casual basis at Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel. You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our guests.

This position will be required to work split shifts, for approximately 10 hours per week. Candidates will need to be available on weekends.

Breakfast shift: 6.30am - 9am. Dinner shift: 5pm - 8pm. 

Duties Include:

• Taking guest orders
• Making coffee
• Memorize menu and offer recommendations
• Serve food to guests
• Provide guests with exceptional customer service 

To be successful, you will:

• Have minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position
• Barista experience will be highly regarded
• Have a friendly, positive attitude 
• Have experience providing quality customer service
• Have RSA qualification (or be willing to obtain)
• Be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
• Be reliable and act with a sense of urgency
• Be available to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
