Assist in providing functional direction to hotel sales to optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of sales plans and strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for room nights, drive incremental revenues. Develops and maintains strong relationships with owners, industry and the business community. Work with the GM to appoint the correct Sales professionals for each opportunity. Works with the Marketing Communication team in the development of advertising and sales promotions and plans and works with Global Sales network in conjunction with the Director of Global Sales to provide sales and marketing services.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges
• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
