Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creation & Marketing Executive to join our prestigious 5-star luxury city hotel. As the Content Creation & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies to promote our hotel, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
-Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing Manager to develop an overarching content strategy aligned with the hotel's brand identity, target audience, and business goals.

-Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for various platforms including the hotel's website, social media channels, blog, email newsletters, and print collateral. This includes writing captivating headlines, compelling descriptions, and informative articles.

-Social Media Management: Manage the hotel's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and curate visually appealing and shareable content to drive engagement and follower growth.

-Digital Marketing Campaigns: Execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging content assets to attract, engage, and convert potential guests. Collaborate with the E-commerce team to develop compelling marketing messages and promotions.

-Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the hotel's website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand's standards.

-Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to gather information, ensure consistency in messaging, and support their respective initiatives with compelling content.

-Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the hotel's values and ensuring all content reflects the luxury experience expected from a 5-star property.

-Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices to continually innovate and enhance the hotel's content strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry or luxury lifestyle sector.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, style, and attention to detail and Hotel experience is a must
