Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist you are answering all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Answering all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatments. Effectively suggesting alternatives to guests if their first requests cannot be met. You will be working in close collaboration with the Guest Services team in handling administrative tasks and proceed payments. In addition, you will keep track of the stock management. Help organizing and handling the Spa Facilities and support the Spa team in their day to day operations.

Qualifications

  • You are pro-active, solution-oriented, and accurate.
  • You maintain the communication with other departments.
  • A natural interest in other people and cultures.
  • Ability to surprise our guests with your special touch
  • Perfect command of the English language, additional languages are a plus
  • Great multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of spa treatments is an advantage
