As an Assistant Front Office Manager you have excellent communication skills, both with your team, the guests and with operational departments within the hotel. In this position you have to maintain the overview at all times, you are a natural leader and you always think one step ahead. As Assistant Front Office Manager you are responsible for leading, coaching, training and motivating your team. You are a real host/hostess with a passion for the hotel industry, who goes to great lengths to satisfy the guest. You are someone who sees every situation as a challenge and who comes up with creative solutions. In addition, you have a hands-on mentality, you are enthusiastic and you speak English (and preferably a second foreign language), Dutch is a plus.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager and are ready for the next step.
• Creativity, a hands-on mentality and eagerness to exceed expectations
• Great passion for cooking and for delivering a special guest experience
• Experience in working according to kitchen hygiene activities and health and safety standards
• Knowledge of the latest food trends and the ability to apply the developments in your work
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
