Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong problem-solving skills who is passionate about driving the growth of business relationships across multiple countries and enjoys juggling multiple stakeholders and projects to drive the implementation of Martech solutions.

Key responsibilities for this position are to:

  • Become knowledgeable of the company’s CRM solutions, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, data strategy, data warehousing, and data visualization.
  • Provide hands on project management during discovery, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Set project timelines based on statement of work, resources, and the realities of the calendar.
  • Responsible for the coordination, docking and follow-up of all work within the department to ensure the efficiency and efficient operation of the project team.
  • Assist in organizing project meetings, taking, and archiving meeting minutes, and following up on the effectiveness of the follow-up promotion.
  • Ensure that the project quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with key stakeholders
  • Identify potential obstacles and work toward solutions that keep projects within scope and on-time.
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions and build guideline & instructions document.

Qualifications

Key qualifications and experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience working within a cross-functional project team to deliver on a technology / transformational data project (CRM/Digital)
  • Understanding and mastering project management theory, PMP training, project manager certification of relevant organizations is preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under pressures
  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • A love of continued education to consistently stay on top of MarTech trends
  • A proactive and can-do attitude

 

Preferred skills.

  • Familiar with Salesforce, Braze, Adobe and other marketing automation tools is preferred
  • English CET level 4 or above
