Providing support to Head of Facility Management (FM) & Finance Business Partner– FM in planning, budgeting and forecasting of facility management cost at various locations, keep track of cost development and ensure correct allocation of cost to the different business units.

Coordinate and manage the monthly closing process for Facility Management in APAC & ME, including budget and forecast follow up and management reporting

Support and direct the ongoing financial evaluation process to ensure proper reflection of financial results

Focus on detailed analysis of cost, allocations & postings, and cost trends

Perform other responsibilities as assigned or required.
