Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.    Actively supports the development, training, mentoring of associates.
2.    Knows how and when to impose deadlines and delegate tasks.
3.    Manages quality improvement process in areas of customer service and associate satisfaction.
4.    Demonstrates leadership by example
5.    Motivates and provides a working environment in which associates are productive and innovative.
6.    Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
7.    Represent the hotel in public, community, and meetings using his/her effective public speaking and presentation skills.
8.    Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise and well-organized manner.
9.    Uses effective listening skills in solving problems and improvement of service standard.
10.    Identifies positive public relations and teamwork opportunities.
11.    Manages group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively.
12.    Understand how to manage in a culturally diverse work environment.
13.    Establish, measure, monitor, and evaluate process policies and procedures.
14.    Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
15.    Understand how to develop business plan and evaluate business trends to modify strategies.
16.    Interprets, analyzes, and manages budget to meet business objectives.
17.    Has personal Integrity, manages time well, highly visible in areas of responsibility.
18.    Provides constructive coaching and counseling to associate. 
19.    Develop and train department heads to fully understand and effectively perform their job.
20.    Be in charge of the hotel in absence of Hotel Manager according to given authorization.
21.    Perform other duties as assigned by Hotel Manager

Qualifications

1.   At least Bachelor Degree in any field
2.   At least 5 year experience in one of the company’s executive director committee members in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements
3.   At least 5 year experience as Resident Manager or Director of Food and Beverage of international hotel
4.   Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
5.   Proficiency in English and computer literate
6.   Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)
7.   Strong in driving results and people management and development

Additional Information

-Strong background in F&B operations in hotel.
