Job Description

As the restaurant manager, to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure•       

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading the operations of a specific restaurant or outlet in such a way as to maximize customer satisfaction, staff performance, and business results. To accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & accurate supervision. To be aware of all Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas Guest Incentive programs, and actively promote and support these. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation and to lead by example through a “hands-on” approach to motivating our Team Members to excel

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of managerial working experience  role in F&B - especially in all day dining outlet.
  • Excellent conflict resolution abilities, committed towards customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
  • Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
