We are currently seeking a property manager to join the team in our Sydney office (Monday - Friday). 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of Oaks apartments
• Responding to and processing all aspects of rental enquiries
• Carrying out open inspections, routine inspections, entry and exit inspections 
• Liaising with tenants and potential customers
• Using the Console cloud program
• Preparing, processing and assisting with the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Tending to maintenance issues and scheduling tradespeople
• Various administration tasks as required

To be successful you will require the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• 1+ years' experience in all areas of Property Management
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration qualifications
• The ability to maintain and add to current policies and procedures to ensure our growing portfolio operates efficiently and effectively. 
• Experience in Console Cloud would be an advantage.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Currently working in Real Estate Industry, or relevant experience
