We require a dynamic and professional Maitre D' to join our Food and Beverage team on a part-time basis at our fine dining restaurant Oak & Vine located at Oaks Cypress Lakes.

Expected hours: 16-24 hours per week
Shifts: Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights

Key responsibilities: 

• Oversee the service of food and beverages
• Manage seating chart
• Check and make reservations
• Greet guests
• Supervise the front of house food and beverage team

To be a success in this position, you will have:

• Supervisory experience gained in a similar role.
• A current RSA certificate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
• A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
