Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and reliable Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel on a Part Time or Casual basis with the ability to work 3 - 4 days per week. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of guest rooms and public areas within the property. 

About the role:

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program and Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Qualifications

To be successful you will require the following:

  • Previous hands-on all-round building maintenance experience
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong time management skills
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications
