Job Description

Joining our growing Talent Acquisition team will see you working with a dynamic and supportive team of Recruitment advisors and HR professionals. We enjoy working hard and having a laugh along the way whilst providing quality recruitment solutions for our various sites nationally and across New Zealand.

You will require experience in performing the following duties:

  • Planning and advising in collaboration with stakeholders on recruitment strategies for various sites within your portfolio
  • Writing and placing advertisements on various job boards, LinkedIn and social media
  • Shortlisting candidates with a sense of urgency and providing advice to stakeholders
  • Providing accurate salary and employment information for multiple roles across the business
  • Facilitating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers / stakeholders
  • Arranging reference checks
  • Onboarding new employees including writing Letters of Offer and employment contracts

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment either internal or agency 
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience using Smart Recruiters or a similar ATS
  • The ability to manage a large portfolio and communicate effectively
  • Previous hospitality recruitment experience highly regarded
  • The ability to work autonomously within a team environment
  • Passionate about recruitment and sourcing high quality candidates for the business
