Job Description

1. Job Purpose:

People Analytics Manager will work on the implementation of sophisticated People Analytics solutions that will enable the use of advanced analytics to improve productivity, drive culture change and engagement.

 

2. Main Responsibilities:

·       Lead dataset development for near-term needs (e.g., create and maintain a dataset that can be leveraged across various use cases) and help build out a more robust long-term system

·       Communicating insights to key partners, aligning and integrating with other relevant People function initiatives and processes

·       Partnering with other People functions on building relevant people analytics value

·       Partnering with Finance and Sustainability team to support DJSI and company strategy

·       Ensuring relevant partner engagement, involvement, communication, and transformations for all People Analytics Programs while ensuring programs are compiled with Data Privacy, Compliance, and other relevant bodies.

·       Performing data-driven experiments and operating in an agile environment.

·       Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests

 

 

3. Job Profile:

·       Handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time

·       Work with multiple parties both internal and external

·       Sometimes work directly with senior executives/ senior management

·       Work with documents, reports, and numbers

·       Present in English and Thai from time to time

·       Use computer programs (SPSS, Excel, PowerBI) regularly

·       Work may involve traveling upcountry & Overseas

Qualifications

 

  • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

 

Education:

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science, or related degree preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in data analytic
