Job Description

You will support the human resources strategy of the hotel by efficiently delivering human resources services to the team members of the hotel.  You will support in administering the People & Culture foundation, processes, recruitment activities, performance management, compensation & benefits, team member development, and employee communication, engagement & activities.  Furthermore, you will also be involved in CSR activities, preparing reports, and other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by your head of department. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years experience in an administration role, preferably in human resources work, knowledge in HRIS and payroll  system would be a plus 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple assignments 
  • Ability to work without close supervision and within established time frames  
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills, and an excellent team player 
  • Passion for self development
