Job Description

Join our Learning & Development team and bring your expertise to grow capability within our expanding team across Australia and New Zealand. Our team are are open-minded, down to earth and passionate about what they do. We are customer focused, results oriented, innovative, collaborative and focused on developing our people. 

You will create training materials and develop training programs and whilst this role is specialised in content design and development, there is scope for training delivery and facilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging, informational, and visually compelling learning content, including storyboarding, pre-production, recording and post-production (e.g., videos, facilitator guides, e-learning programs)
  • Establish positive relationships and facilitate discussions with Subject Matters Experts across functions to identify learning needs, gather input, and develop learning solutions that are relevant, up to date and aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Develop learning pathways and curriculums for key positions including both on-line and facilitator-led programs using varied authoring tools.
  • Establish ongoing data collection to measure impact, effectiveness, and ROI of learning and development initiatives, and create insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and manage external vendor agreements where required.
  • Manage learning design projects within timeline, scope, and budget requirements
  • Review and revise existing learning content to ensure they are relevant and up to date.

Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Experience in managing LMS platforms, preferably SAP, Successfactors
    • Experience with video creation tools, editing, and script development with stakeholders.
    • Must have experience in developing online or web-based training content delivery; knowledge of Articulate 360 'Rise would be ideal
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong time and project management skills.
