Job Description

The main responsibility of the Sales Administration Supervisor includes the recruitment, training, scheduling and supervision of Preview Centre Administrative Support Associates.  Additional responsibilities include; responsibility for the efficient, accurate and timely processing of all guest tours, completion of reports, ensuring that adequate supplies of Member collateral, stationery and Guest Supplies are maintained at the Preview Centre, and that Sales Facility costs are maintained at or below budget.  The Sales Administration  also has accountability for the SPIF (Special Performance Incentive Fund) account and other cash flow accounts operated at the Preview Centre. 

Finally, the Sales Administration Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the appearance of the Preview Centre is always maintained in a high quality and pristine condition in all public areas.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery in relation to new AVC Owners from the point of sale through to the sale closure, ensuring the new Owner leaves the Sales Gallery with any post sale concerns or questions addressed, and that a complete verification and acknowledgement overview of the pertinent facts regarding their Ownership obligations are fully understood by the new Owner, and that the new Owner is comfortable with their purchase decision. Other responsibilities include ensuring accurate completion of all company and/or governmental documents governing new Ownerships including verifying the accuracy any consumer installment applications and contracts.

  • Fluent in Mandarin & English speaking,
  • Excellent written and oral communicative, verbal and non verbal listening skills, 
  • Knowledge and application of AVC’s sales methodology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the AVC product, including being fully
    conversant with all Club (Rules & Regulations, reservation guidelines etc) documents & agreements, 
  • Strong in Administration and organisational Skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially MS Word & Excell),
  • Ability to conduct effective meetings,
  • Excellent coaching and teaching skills,
  • Ability to effectively select personnel (recruiting-interviewing-hiring),
