Opportunity to become part of the team that oversee Minor International’s investment and activities across hospitality, real estate, restaurant, and other consumer businesses.

Job Description

Planning and analysis on the company’s existing investments:

  • Monitor, plan, and report on existing investments’ performance
  • Analyze existing investments / MINT subsidiaries on financial, strategic, and competitive landscape situations. 
  • Recommend corresponding actions, and correspondingly execute as internal, external and capital markets opportunities arise

Lead new investment transactions:

  • Analyze investment opportunities through project-standalone financial modeling and MINT’s consolidation impacts
  • Execute and manage transactions, including due diligence process and document negotiation

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with strong academic track record
  • 7-12 years of related/adjacent work experience from large growth-oriented companies or financial service sector (banks, Big 4, corporate finance, M&A advisory, credit)
  • Strong in corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
  • Analytical thinker, and enjoy problem solving
