Job Description

1)    Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

2)    Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

3)    Managing all sales channels, eg. Direct Sales, B2B, Traditional Channel, Government School, etc. ensure daily operations functioning well.

4)    Identifying operational issues and developing and improving the operation efficiency.

5)    Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge.

6)    Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

7)    Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

8)    Be able to manage the Sales Team Leads to achieve on the Company’s Target.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.

·       5+ years in Sales management required.

·       Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

·       Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

·       Experience in customer relationship management.

·       Experience managing and directing a sales team.

·       Experience in FMCG business or any related to deal with the contributors.

·       Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

The Sales Manager at MSK will be responsible for the management and execution of direct sales in Thailand.

 

We are seeking high-performance candidates with a track record of exceeding sales targets in Direct sales channel or distributor channel over the past five years. Candidates must have a solid background in manage direct sales team or distributor with proven experience engaging with potential customers, partners and prospects in Thailand. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation and communication skills to handle the entire sales process from business development, prospecting, and qualifying to negotiations and closing.

The successful candidate will be working closely with experienced sales and marketing leadership in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company to develop professionally and gain opportunities to excel.
