Job Description

You will be supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations with effective administrative and secretarial work. A brilliant multi-tasker and proactive, your tasks include but are not limited to organising appointments, taking meeting notes, daily follow-up, making travel arrangements, and providing any other assistance required by the hotel’s leadership team. You will work and coordinate with other departments to ensure that they meet their targets and goals. 

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in executive secretarial or general administrative work gained from hospitality sector.
  • Well versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. 
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa (written and spoken).
  • Have hospitality understanding is preferred.
