The Operational Excellence Executive (Corporate) is an entry level position to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across every touch point of the guest journey.  This involves working with hotel leaders and their teams to support the administration of OE tools and systems, provide help to users, monitor hotel compliance with standards and follow up with teams on property.

•  Graduate Degree
•  Minimum two years’ experience in a Hotel operations role or service industry sector
•  Detail-oriented – strict attention to detail and accuracy
•  Expert skills with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
