• Must have a full professional knowledge of capabilities of the vehicle in which they work, and the rules of the road in the country of operations
• Able to anticipate problems in order to protect themselves, their guests and their vehicle.
• Knowledgeable to maintain and care for their vehicle, and to keep it in perfect condition at all times.
• To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
• To assist the guest with the luggage loading.  All Anantara drivers know how to transport more luggage in a car than there would appear to be space to hold it. 

• Previous experience managing above said activities or tourism establishment 
• Excellent communication skills, additional language skills is an advantage
• Strong commercial/business acumen & story teller
• Passion for process & people
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and desert/off-road driving skills. 

Able to re-locate to isolated resort location
