Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print Bank Statement for Main Account 
  • Prepare Cash Position from Bank & Email 
  • Capture Bank Transactions from source documents.
  • Foreign exchange 
  • Update Food Covers from MyMicros 
  • Update Revenue Report from Opera
  • Update Revenue Report
  • Reconcile F&B revenue between Micros and Opera 
  • Voids Verification
  • Credit Cards and Cash Deposits clearing reconciliation
  • Credit Cards Charge Backs 
  • Prepare and submit all compliance Payments 
  • Foreign Payments
  • Prepare Credit Card reconciliation 
  • Compile Cashbook reconciliation for all Bank accounts
  • Departmental Petty Cash counts 
  • Compile Bank Reconciliation

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience with using computerized accounting systems. Experience with Accpac and Opera product would be highly regarded.
• Experience in an accounting environment with an emphasis on Cashbook and Revenue Control
• A polite and tactful communication style.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Excel
