Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Print Bank Statement for Main Account
- Prepare Cash Position from Bank & Email
- Capture Bank Transactions from source documents.
- Foreign exchange
- Update Food Covers from MyMicros
- Update Revenue Report from Opera
- Update Revenue Report
- Reconcile F&B revenue between Micros and Opera
- Voids Verification
- Credit Cards and Cash Deposits clearing reconciliation
- Credit Cards Charge Backs
- Prepare and submit all compliance Payments
- Foreign Payments
- Prepare Credit Card reconciliation
- Compile Cashbook reconciliation for all Bank accounts
- Departmental Petty Cash counts
- Compile Bank Reconciliation
Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience with using computerized accounting systems. Experience with Accpac and Opera product would be highly regarded.
• Experience in an accounting environment with an emphasis on Cashbook and Revenue Control
• A polite and tactful communication style.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Excel
