• Assist to plan, communicate, implement, evaluate and monitor property training programmes.

• Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.

• Helps Team Members identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence and ensures Team Members receive on-going training to understand guest expectations.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations as required monthly.

• Manage training materials inventory, ensuring that materials are available in good condition at all times.

• Monitor and report eLearning progress and participation.

• Meets with departmental trainers regularly and provide training, coaching and support to ensure training effectiveness. Provides help in coordinating training for these trainers too.

• Actively participate in all People & Culture activities.

• Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Good planning and organizing skill.

• Ability to work independently to deliver results.

• Ability to perform a wide range of multiple-tasks.

• Proficiency in English and computer literate.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• People centric.

Education:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.

• Minimum 3-years experience in learning and development, hospitality experience advantageous.
