Job Description

1. Job Purpose:

To help Director of People & Culture plan and manage operation of sourcing process follow to Human Resources systems and company policies and procedures.

2. Main Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with DP&C to review and feedback position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
  2. Understand the job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
  3. Educate Line Manager/ Department Head on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
  4. With use of Smart Recruiter, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.
  5. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with Company branding and candidates.
  6. Solicit and document Interviewers’ feedback throughout the interview process.
  7. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview)
  8. Establish, communicate and maintain a structured process, including; sourcing candidates, screening candidates, Reference Checks, Pre Offer, & contract, Visa Process, Medical Checks and On boarding.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
  2. Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Smart Recruitment tracking system.
  3. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the DP&C.
  4. Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of P&C and all Leaders as required.
  5. Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

Day-to-Day Responsibility:

  1. Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
  2. Briefing the job description and debriefing candidates for adding data in the Internal database.
  3. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
  4. Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates. 
  5. Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards. 
  6. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
  7. Visa, EID and Medical follow up and data input to P&C folder.

Qualifications

  • Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments (i.e. more than one organization, agency or corporate) with a wide variety of job disciplines.
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (occasional nights and weekends may be required).
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
  • PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
  • Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
