We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Guest Experience Attendant to join the team on a casual basis at Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel. 

Casual Rate:  $28.08 + Super + Company Perks!!

Responsibilities: 

• Provide outstanding guest welcoming for the hotel and restaurant.
• Conduct guest arrivals and departures.
• Confidently provide personalised and proactive guest service.
• Ensuring guest queries and feedback is handled efficiently and effectively;
• Assisting in general administration duties in the Front Office department and general duties across the Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food and beverage departments as required.

Successful applicants will have: 

• Demonstrated experience in Front Office Operations
• Previous hotel experience
