To promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through delivery of prompt services, maintains highest quality, consisted product standards

Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers, follows health, safety and sanitation and by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Prompt and courteous delivery of all beverage orders, maintaining a positive image through all each guest contact and through cleanliness of bar areas.

Open and close shift in accordance with Manager’s Checklist.

Train and educate the team related to the quality service and products, and be able to maintain and enforce all Anantara Bar Service Standards at all times.

Properly execute revenue and check quality control procedures per shift.

Assist in the inventory related to weekly stock / orders. Ensure that sufficient supplies are available at all times.

Make sure the items and products are stored in a safe manner

Assist on the floor and ensure adequate coverage as required.

Manage an effective repair and maintenance program for all coffee machines and bar related equipment   through the use of work orders, inspections, etc.

Informs the supervisor/manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies

Ensures that company policy is adhere at all times
