Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Guest Experience Attendant to join the team on a part-time basis at Oaks Middlemount Suites. The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You are an all rounder that enjoys gaining experience in different roles across the property.  This position offers 4 days and 4 nights per fortnight; and the position is available from 14 January 2022.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide outstanding guest welcoming for the hotel and restaurant.
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures.
  • Confidently provide personalised and proactive guest service.
  • Ensuring guest queries and feedback is handled efficiently and effectively;
  • Assisting in general administration duties in the Front Office department and general duties across the Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food and beverage departments as required.

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have: 

  • Previous hotel experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Front Office Operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
