We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at Oaks Port Douglas Resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

About the role: 

• Lead team to undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
• Support team with training and development
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
• Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
• Ability to motivate and lead team;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications.
