• Receives all equipment’s and supplies purchased by the department as per the P.O.
• Inspects all equipment’s, supplies and materials
• Stores all supply purchased by the locations and designated areas in quantity
• Distributes the parts and materials to various users / sections as per their requirement, only after taking their justification, work order, PPM requirements and FCS documents
• Make ROP (Recording point) & ROO (reordering quantity) for each items / spares.
• Notifies DOE or his assistant of depletion of stock
• Receives requisition from various sections in the engineering department and notifies the purchasing department to obtain the quotations.
• Keep an inventory of all equipment’s and supplies owned by the engineering department.
• Make stock codes for the spare parts & items
• Maintains inventory record
• Keep daily, weekly, monthly store consumption records. How many dollars spent on the daily basis / weekly / monthly basis.
• Use computer application such as spreadsheets, word processing

• Diploma / Hotel School graduate
• At least 1 year experience as Storekeeper in a five star resort
• Fluent in spoken English
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Good civil or storekeeping knowledge
