1.        To look after guest safety, and address any guest issues as quickly as                  possible, ensuring that they are completely happy with the work done.
2. ·         To complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as                         specified in hotel plans.
3. ·         To look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner,               and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift.
4. ·         To perform engineering work in the guest room like plunging toilets,        unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including all lighting fittings, sockets and A/C systems.
5. ·         To test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment in the guest room.
6. ·         To Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
7. ·         To carry out specific oral and written instructions.
8. ·         To perform other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.
9. ·         To clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly.
10. ·         To follow all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks.
11. ·         To maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times.
12. ·         To actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel.
13. ·         To utilize or recommend usage of all environmentally-friendly products in            the work place.

• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
• One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
• Good knowledge in IT and Audio Visual.
