• Crafting usable user interfaces and experiences for the Minor hotel brand websites
• Propose practical and creative suggestions for the digital team
• Collect/understand/negotiate requirements and expectations, and manage the creation of UI solutions for assigned projects
• Collaborating with ecommerce business units for conversion optimization strategies
• Implementation of the front-end performance optimization techniques for improving website speed.
• Implementing, analysing and initiating AB Testing Strategies on websites with the eCommerce team.
• Manage relationship with external research partners.
• Work closely with the digital team to bring the group’s brands to life in digital environments.
• Understand customer feedback and web metrics to make data-driven design decisions.
• Work closely with the eCommerce Performance Manager and Developers to optimize website conversion based on data-driven insights and constantly improve the website user experience.
• Other duties as required by the Group Director of Digital.

• 3+ years of experience working in UI/UX design (responsive and, obile)
• Degree in Visual Design, Technology, or any related disciplines a plus
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision and other wireframing, and prototyping tools
• HTML/CSS (Intermediate to Advanced)
• JavaScript / jQuery (Intermediate to Advanced) is a plus
• Familiar with Git workflow is a plus
• Thirst for understanding customers and solving challenging business problems
• You have a passion for web development and have an appetite for self-education
• A team player that enjoys a collaborative design and development process
