Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and ourcolleagues by leading the successful delivery of the in-room dining service ofthe hotel.Your key duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the in-room dining service is delivery in line with the brand service standards identify training needs and develop and deliver the required training provide overall leadership and management of the in-room dining services to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns for the property be a sales champion for the hotel, generating and following up on business referrals and potential sales leads to maximize business for the resort.

Qualifications

  • UAE Driving License is a must
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous IRD/ BQT experience in a luxury hotel 
  • College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Excellent guest service skills
