RAKxa’s world-class doctors and specialists across a multiple of disciplines work together to assess each guests and gain understanding into their root causes of problems. This allows them to combine multiple disciplines of medicine into one comprehensive treatment program, completely individualized to each guests, whether they’re business executives, active retirees, young entrepreneurs, or high-performance athletes, to have most appropriate and effective treatment.

Job Purpose: 

• Supervise and Control indirect procurement covering materials and services for maintenance, engineering, CAPEX project, general administration to support plant operation.
• Source& Select the potential supplier.
• Cost Negotiation with current supplier and new supplier to get the reasonable price.
• Develop and Improvement the worst quality supplier.
• Develop and Improvement the organization to be more efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify Purchasing Requisition in Oracle or ERP System.

• Review Contract and Agreement (After Service Agreement)

• Operate follow Good Manufacturing Practice.

• To ensure that all purchasing complied with company policy, rule and regulation

• Operational guidelines and procedures in manufacturing (GMP)

• Operational under ISO14001 environmental management system that has been prepared

• Operational udder standards of Thai workers, the environmental and social responsibility and surrounding Communities.

•  System Quality Quality system, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, TIS/OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, ISO 50001, 5S. Food safety team, internal audit team follow name list TN-SP-HA-003

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes and systems.
• Strong Negotiation / Contract development skill.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Proactive, Initiative and good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent in English Skills both written and spoken.
• Good command in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, food science/technology, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5-10 years working experiences in dairy or food business.
