Job Description

•  Oversee the day to day running of the clinic and to assist management in supervising daily clinic operations and perform all related duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
•  Coordinate with Clinic and Spa team members to ensure 5-star service within the clinic.
•  Have initiative and be creative in creating special offers were necessary in collaboration with the clinic doctor and Director of Spa & Wellness.
•  Develop new business leads within Bangkok area/Thailand that help drive clinic revenue and bring in new customers.
•  Drive daily targets to ensure monthly budgets are met.
•  Control clinic operating costs to ensure GOP % is achieved.
•  To support and attend all training programs requested from head office.
•  Ensure all relevant company policies and standards are adhered to and put into practice always.
•  Ensure that the clinic meets all the required standards set by local public health or law 
•  Ensure all property in the clinic are all in good condition always and monitor inventory to ensure full stock is always available.
•  Liaise and maintain positive relationships with all medical suppliers including the ordering and delivering process of all medical items.
•  Be aware of competitors and what is available in the market, to ensure the clinic stays up to date and relevant.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:
•  Obtained Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
•  3 years experienced as clinic manager.
•  Sales experience.
•  Strong analytical/decision making and problem-solving skills.
•  Good command of English: Able to communicate at business level.
•  Positive attitude and works well under pressure.
•  Sales-motivated and goal-oriented.
•  Strong leadership to lead and drive team and sustain a good moral in the work place.
