As Cluster IT Manager, you will overlook the IT department of the hotels by upkeeping of all IT software, hardware, troubleshoot, upkeeping of the Property Management Systems  You will need to ensure that all software is up to date with the most current version as instructed by Corporate IT, then assist authorized users in relation to hotel operations and support team members with IT-related. You are responsible for the coordination and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests as well as to provide technical assistance to internal and external audit staff. Work with the hotel leadership team to suggest new solutions, technology, CAPEX investment etc 

• Luxury hotel experience is a must with minimum 4- 5 years. 
• Graduate from work-related School/University
• Deep knowledge in computer: Hardware, Software, Data Base, and Networking.
• Well experienced in systems design, analysis and project implementation, central reservation system, back office modules and interfaces.

Able to re-locate to remote resort location 

Willing to travel at least two times a week
