A Multi Skilled Technician will support the daily hotel operations ensuring safety, security, and compliance at the highest levels.  You will be a team player and work as part of the Engineering Team that is responsible for the repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical equipment and general building, such as painting and carpentry works throughout the hotel, including preventative maintenance in all the hotel guestrooms, meeting rooms, public spaces and engineering mechanical/ electrical rooms & equipment.  You may be required to attend and communicate to guests or customers regarding repair requests and maintenance issues.  You are expected to observe and follow the relevant standards, provisions, policies and procedures of the hotel, local authorities and accrediting organizations related to Property Operations Maintenance and Energy Costs (POMEC).

• A certificate in a specialized field such as Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Refrigeration or similar 
• Must be able to perform all multi discipline duties related to general maintenance and engineering works 
• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in the Engineering or Maintenance Department of a large organization, preferably in a hotel, apartment, cruise ship, hospital, restaurant, or similar set up 
• Ability to work without close supervision and within established time frames 
• Flexibility to work on shifts 
• Excellent team player
