Job Description

As the Regional Director of Sales – ASIA, you are a driven entrepreneur at heart, a talented negotiator and a gifted communicator. In your role, you will work closely with the properties’ General Managers, Director of Sales & Marketing and Corporate Office to define and manage the hotels' financial performance and achieve revenue objectives with innovative sales and marketing initiatives in your area. You will also develop strong relationships with key existing and future clients. As an ambassador of the company and a brand guardian, you will attend domestic and international trade shows and major market events to promote Minor Hotels’ properties, increase hotels sales in the region, enter new markets and ensure brand standards are fully respected. Thanks to your unwavering passion, you will support your teams’ development and coach them to reach their full potential and agreed targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent International degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce (MBA is desirable).
  • International strategic sales and marketing experience
  • Experience with multi-brand entity Geographical/international experience
  • Experience in launching and marketing brands in multinational markets
  • Pre-opening experience preferred
  • Experience in luxurious hotel brand
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data
  • Effectively communicates with all levels
  • A strong leader, who can articulate a vision and translate it to reality
  • Currently located in ASIA is preferred
