Job Description

To ensure providing 100% guest satisfaction

To serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, responsible for answering calls in order, recording the guest requests and then pursuing the issue to a resolution.

The AVANI Guest Service must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and fully own each guest issue. When in communication with the guest, she/he must be proactive in every area including offering additional services and coordinate the response with all concerns and follow up with the guest to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

1.      At least Bachelor Degree in any field

2.      New graduate or at least 3 month internship in Front Office or At Your Service at one of the international hotels

3.      Completion of New-Hire Training of At Your Service

4.      Strong in inter-personality and supervisory skill

5.      Good knowledge of Fidelio or current Front Office System

6.      Proficiency in English communication (SAC 4+)

7.      Height (at least 160 cm for female) and weight in proportion, no eye glasses, no teeth-brace, natural hair color
