Job Description

To serve the needs of the business and our colleagues by acting as the ambassador of the hotel, interacting with team members both on the telephone and in person. To provide administrative assistance to Executive Chef. To work closely with the Chefs that the operation requirements are in place in a timely manner.

The Kitchen Administrator is one of the most important positions for influencing smooth operation in the entire Kitchen Department. It is crucial that they extend service in a professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and timely fashion.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least college level and experience in administrative 
  • Must have previous experience in working as Admin in Culinary 
  • Must have knowledge of payroll system for his/her team *paytrax
  • Must be confident in any administrative job
