-  New investment transactions 
       o  Analyze and quantify investment merits through financial modeling and analysis
       o  Conduct and manage financial, accounting, tax and legal due diligence
       o  Conduct and manage investment-related legal documentation
-  Company’s existing investments
       o  Monitor, plan and report on existing investment’s performance
       o  Assets management and rotations strategy
       o  Participate in existing investment’s analysis and report for quarterly meetings and annual strategy session
 

-  Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate or Economics with strong academic track record
-  3-6 years of relevant work experience from top-tier banks or securities companies (corporate finance, tax, credit, M&A advisory) or large investment-led corporations
-  Professional maturity with strong English communication skills 
-  Strong financial modeling, Excel and accounting skills
-  Natural analytical thinker and problem solver
