• As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible providing administrative and service support to the Sales & Marketing  team by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner.
• Enter bookings on the system and follow up in an effort to convert inquiries, to confirm business and attend to the delivery of client's requests.
• Support in all marketing activities
• Coordinate with departments and related parties for co-promotion, assist with the production of artwork, print buying and checking copy
• Support the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content
• We will ensure that you are equipped with a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services so that you are confident to interact and negotiate with the guests.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Art, Graphic Design or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales & marketing
• Good communication and social skills
• Flexible and co-operative
• Good English skills
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
