1. Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this job is to complete organization goals by owned MINOR IT. The IT User Identity & Access is responsible for managing user access request to required systems and Oracle approval workflows. The position focuses on process continuity of current IT account administrator with manual procedure for operation seamless in order to work related with Business Unit. The individual in this role would benefits from technical understanding of Active Directory, Oracle ERP, IT Ticketing systems and request flow, and familiar IT software.

3. Category/Area of Responsibility
a. Work closely with IT infrastructure team, IT core systems team, IT BU team to ensure changes was communicated and implemented according to required business and IT technical specifications and that procedures were followed for all production system change.
b. Work closely with user when the change and incident happen to understand business impact and escalate as needed. Provide recommendations that can be quickly to correct the problem
c. Ready to take on new system’s IT User Identity & Access drill diligent and form the operation details.
Create documentation as needed for supported systems and applications
1. Job Specifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
a. Knowledge into administering and maintaining Active Directory and some knowledge of PowerShell or equivalent scripting.
b. Knowledge of Microsoft folder, file and sharing security.
c. Knowledge into administering Azure Active Directory and Microsoft O365 services.
d. Knowledge into administering Oracle ERP 12 and some knowledge of role mapping with enterprise payment procedure, PR/PO systems, Pretty cash, Expense claim etc.
e. Work in agile environment with tickets across IT Service desk and related team.
f. Create, change, and delete user account per IT service request.
g. Perform Administer user account, O365 group and security group.
h. Perform daily assign subscription or online license, grant security permission to user account per IT service request.
i. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity of all user accounts and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
j. Perform monthly report with IT User account and other subscriptions.
k. Ability to customer focus and ability to communicate well with technical term and requirement to line manager, related team.
l. Ability to work under pressure, aggressive timelines and to work in a collaborative environment and mindset.
m. Ability to learn on the job with passion and desire to solve problems while strive for best positive customer’s satisfaction.
n. Ability to communicate in English both spoken and written.

p. Willingness to be on call and respond to emergencies during after-hours.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- 2 - 3 years' experience with IT hardware, software AD, Azure and Oracle ERP.
- 2 - 3 years with customer focused business. (such as Hotel, Food & Beverage, Retails)
