Job Description
Position Overview
The Call Center Administrator is responsible for supporting Shanghai Call Center by performing all general and administration functions. Daily tasks includes report Management and all aspect of Call Center supporting flied.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update other relevant reports
Send Agreement form / confirmation emails
Send Notice of Receipt emails
Support the daily operations of the team including production, activation, operation and QA teams
Support promotion blast
Team Attendance record and report update
All the Marketing reports if necessary
Provide administrative support including filing, faxing and other office duties for Shanghai Call Center
Systems setup / back up and using (e.g. SPI, CRM and Aspect…etc.)
CRM approval after payment settle
Organize and send out the briefing / meeting note to related department
Support Purchasing item within Call center
Support all angle from call center side
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Level of spoken English
Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment
Demonstrating willingness to seek new knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills etc.
Bachelor degree. More than one year experience in administrative area
Good computer skills, presentation skills and English communication skills
Able to work and learn quickly and accurately in a high volume environment
Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change. Has good business sense
Cultural sensitivity to regional differences in China
Able to work under pressure, willing to take ownership and responsibilities, never give in, great passion and confidence on success, self-discipline, self-motivate and drive for result
