Job Description

Responsible for the overall marketing strategy and activities of online business with the ultimate objective to drive traffic & membership to the site and to optimize sales of the individual sales events on an ongoing basis.

Digital Marketing

  • Revamp the Minor Plus card website
  • Prepare and execution of monthly & annual marketing plan to drive site membership
  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies utilizing SEM, SEO, Social Media, Email, Affiliate ,CRM and Display Advertising
  • Monitor and monthly reporting on site traffic and customer profile statistics & Ad hoc analysis and reports
  • Drive localization and optimization of SEM campaigns
  • Manage and update B2B and B2C online campaigns 
  • Effectively Manage and monitor owned digital media + PR online Channel 
  • Assist in developing and managing ecommerce sales growth plans
  • Provide report and offer actionable recommendations that can maximize site rankings and increase brand visibility  as well as Review and evaluate website analytics

 Online/ Offline Branding

  • Prepare of visual banners for all sales events in line with brand directions if applicable
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Studio teams to ensure sales events are ready to be launched online 
  • Strategic tie-ups with third parties to promote the website
  • Manage online marketing campaign process from design to post analysis reporting
  • Act as brand custodian, ensuring all campaigns are in line with brand guidelines 
  • Collaborate with internal and external team to make digital campaign successful

CRM

  • Champion merging Offline to Online (O2O) via mobile app and working with both internal
    and external partners to ensure a successful launch and usage by members
  • Partner with ecommerce marketing team to identify target customer and develop appropriate
    segmentation to maximize profitability
  • Develop Customer retention plans
  • Develop tactics to improve customer engagement
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition, activation and retention plans

Email Marketing

  • Supervise Email Marketing Executive to manage customer email campaigns
  • Lead promotions of special online sales events and programs

Other 
Providing overall leadership to team by coaching, and motivating them to ensure the agreed deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Marketing , Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, product management
• Preferably in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories/ecommerce

Additional Information

• English : Intermediate both speaking and writing
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
