Job Description

To maintain the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of the operation, assisting the therapist in setting & clearing up the treatment room and assist the guests in a professional and helpful manner when needed, also ensure that all procedures and requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • At least Secondary School graduated.
  • Preferably a man as you need enter the male relaxation side during operation.
  • Experience as Senior Spa Attendant or Housekeeping is a must.
  • Able to speak and understand English language.
  • Well-groomed and healthy.
  • Willing to work hard and be a part of the team member.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday.

Additional Information

Operations

  • To update the Maintenance Log Book.
  • To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the Assistant Spa Manager or supervisor’s guidelines.
  • To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures.
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times.
  • To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team.
  • To establish a good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
  • To perform daily opening & closing procedure.
  • To assist Team Members in cleaning and clearing up all work areas at all time.
  • To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level.
  • To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa.
  • To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order (AIWO).
  • To reports any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices to the Spa Manager and/ Supervisor immediately.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situation.
