Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist in the day to day running of the Human Resources department ensuring administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction and focusing on customers- satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that HR filings are organized according to the agreed standard and codes.
  • Key in new Part-time applicants and update application-s information in Iminium on timely basis.
  • Update files and discard old files. Prepare and distribute new employee files as require by managers.
  • Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required. Responsible for monthly report of Out Patient Department-s medical expenses.
  • Administer Social Security Card and Medical Card for all applicants on timely basis. Handle basic function of HR inquiries.
  • Responsible for the completion on HR Report on a timely basis. Participate in training & development, meetings and other development programs
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, trainings, outings and other events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • LOCAL HIRE ONLY.
  • Minimum 2 years Experience in 5 Star Luxury Property in Similar capacity.
  • At least Bachelor Degree in HR or any related fields
  • Strong in inter-personality and out-going
  • Good in English communication and computer literate
