—  Perform PPM as per schedule on equipment/furniture throughout the hotel

—  Advise his immediate senior of day to day problems

—  To be fully aware of the Engineering Department organisational structure and procedure

—  Provide in-house maintenance for all the furniture and equipment under his responsibility

—  Will perform other duties as directed from time to time by the management

—  Attending guest complains day by day

• Previous Experience  in 5 Star Luxury Hotel a must
• Speaks, reads and writes English fluently ( an additional foreign language would be an advantage)
• Outgoing personality
• Should be able to work long hours with minimum supervision
